Acceptance
By creating a Learn Kutchi account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The service
Learn Kutchi is a language-learning app: structured lessons, native-speaker recordings, quizzes and an AI tutor. It's provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. The AI tutor can make mistakes — don't treat its output as an authoritative source on Kutchi grammar or vocabulary. Tutor use has a fair-use daily limit.
Free trial and subscription
New learner accounts get a 7-day free trial. You don't need a card for it and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. To keep access after the trial, subscribe for the price shown at checkout (currently £3.99/month). Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.
You can cancel any time from Settings → Manage subscription. Access continues to the end of the period you've paid for, and we don't give refunds for partial months. When you subscribe, you ask for immediate access to digital content and accept that you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once access begins. If we change the price, we'll tell you before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Contributions
If you contribute text or recordings through the Teach portal, you give Learn Kutchi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, edit and publish them. This includes using them in paid lessons, pronunciation audio and language tools, credited by your display name and dialect. Contributors get learner access for free.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Use a real email address — it's how you'd recover access if you forget your password.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to abuse, scrape, or attack it, or to send the AI tutor anything illegal or intended to harm others.
Termination
You can stop using Learn Kutchi at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
